Shipping policy

At FreshForce, we offer free shipping on every order with no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

Shipping Time 

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs delays or carrier issues. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. 

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@shopfreshforce.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. FreshForce is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
